A brief walkthrough of my process

This stone was originally found at Eagle Lake, Ontario.​

This stone stood here for almost 2 decades, a pause in its journey, waiting to be transformed!

This is the stone on site and ready for carving!
Finally, after a lot of work and some questionable moments. The weight exceeds 7500 lbs!!

After much thought, consideration and meditation I figured out where the bottom would be, and made the first important cut.

The process for standing it up was pretty intense !

Here I am making the first few cuts! ​Slowly but surely and a lot of intense cutting.​

A lot more progress made here! ​When wet, the natural color of the stone, black, is more visible!

After some more refining cuts.

Here it is finally done!
